This inspection occurs alongside your general home inspection so you can enjoy the convenience of inspecting your entire home in one appointment, while remaining confident that your home and pool have been inspected thoroughly.

What to Expect
Pool inspections are completed alongside the general home inspection. While inspecting the exterior of the house, I will begin with the pool. I will turn on all of the pool equipment to ensure that it runs properly and check for any defects. I then examine the pool itself.
I will leave the equipment running while I inspect the rest of the house so that I can ensure that all of the equipment remains functional during that time. This makes it possible for me to check for leaks and other issues that might not show up when equipment is turned on briefly.
The results of the pool inspection are included in the home inspection report that I send via email no more than 48 hours after the inspection. This comprehensive report includes written descriptions of any and all deficiencies, repairs, and/or replacement items, as well as color pictures and corresponding descriptions so that you fully understand what was found in the inspection.
